Are First Coast Women’s Services appointments free?

Yes. Our services are provided at no cost, with no co-pays or hidden fees. You do not need insurance to receive our free services.

Can I book a pregnancy test online?

Yes. Choose Pregnancy Test, your preferred center, and an available time in our online scheduler. The appointment is for a clinical urine pregnancy test.

How do I arrange an ultrasound?

Call your preferred center to ask about ultrasound eligibility and scheduling after a positive clinical pregnancy test. Ultrasound is not a separately bookable online appointment.

Does First Coast perform or refer for abortions?

First Coast Women's Services does not perform or refer for abortion services.

What is an Abortion Information appointment?

It is a free, confidential conversation where you can ask questions and discuss pregnancy options. It is not an abortion procedure or an appointment to receive abortion medication.

We have six Northeast Florida centers: Mandarin, Kernan, and Northside in Jacksonville; Clay County in Orange Park; Baker County in MacClenny; and St. Augustine.
